Tata DoCoMo / Prepaid — unwanted balance detection | |||
resp. sir I have done 250 normal recharge of tats docomo after 5 days they reduse my 61 rs. balance I am contect custmer care they refund my 30 balance then they says your 31 rs charge for downloading but in my file manger nothing is downloading data it not retun my taiktime . sir after 5 days they was reduse my 49 rs. talktime then contact with custmer care they give same reason of downloading .then after 1 day it was reduse my 13 rs. talktime and give same reson in between 3 to 5 days custmere care not attende my call and block my no sir please help me and give justice thankful Was this information helpful? | |||

My mno [protected] NAME MAHESHKUMAR Recharge of Rs 50 Trans ID :[protected]-TataDOCOMO 24-JUNE-2011 at 14:13:14 evening 18:24 check my account balance Rs18 & Rs30 cut with out any reason i call customer representative mr RAJ KUMAR told me refund your amount within 4 hours after 24 hours but not refund today i call mr imran not get me correct information imidate taken action refund my Rs30
