[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Promo talktime not added to the account | |||
My name is Nilesh Jha and I am using Tata Docomo number - [protected]. I checked my offer by dialing *232*1#. I got offer as recharge with Rs 105 and get talktime Rs 115. But, when I recharged it with the said amount, I got only Rs 91.45 My transaction number is [protected] I called customer care about this. He assured that I will get the remaining amount within 72 hours. But, till now, didn't received the remaining talktime. So, Tata Docomo is fooling the customer by showing offer and not adding it to the account. Thanks, Nilesh Jha Was this information helpful? | |||
