Tata Docomo — Providing wrong recharge information and getting call cost more with 123rs booster

Dear sir,
My mobile number is [protected], in this number recently i recharged for Rs.123 on november 7th 2012.. Before doing recharge for this amount i called to customer care from this number and confirmed about the booster benefits.. A lady talked to me from customer care they said that for 123rs booster i will be getting 20hrs of docomo to docomo free every day n from 6pm to 10pm i will be charge 10paise per minute.. So after this confirmation from customer care i did recharge of rs.123 .. But after recharge i got free call to focomo for 20hrs till 6pm.. After 6 pm im getting charged of 20paise per minute.. I tried to contact customer care but no response from docomo.. They providing weong informations regarding even for recharge amount.. I cant able to contact any one after 6 pm to 10pm because of high call cost.. Please do provide the previous plan benefit of 10paise for 6 pm to 10pm.. Customer care service of tata docomo providing wrong information..!! Please do refund me the amount of costing double in my number for which spoken today and change my plan tariff of 6pmto 10pm to 10paise plan..! Please kindly change it .!! Thank you..! Please do give an response from tata docomo..

Sir,
Related to this complaint they had called me n said that they will change the tariff of my plan and they wil refund me the charged amount on noVember 8th .. But until now they have not changed my call tariff and dint even arefunded my amount. Please sir kindly ask docomo to refund my amount and change the call tariff
