Tata Docomo — automatic deduction for astro and sending unwanted messages while DND activated

Dear sir,
My mobile number is [protected].
I have already activated DND but despite of this the unwanted service messages are comming. I have also complained to customer care with live chat many times but they are just promising and doing nothing for stopping such type of service messages.
The details of conversation on varius dates are as under:-
