My mobile no. is [protected] (pre-paid) which was originally in UNINOR but under MNP scheme converted in to TATA DOCOMO on 4/5/11. But suddenly on 24/5/11 my out going & incomming services were stoped without any prior intimation by phone call or SMS. I have Rs 90/- (approx.) credit balance as on 24/5/11.
When I contacted 121 (customer care no.) I was told that my documents have not reached their office. When I tried to understand from the Customer Care Officer that how come it is possible to activate MNP no. w/o document reaching them & then suddenly they realize this fact after 20 days of activation, I did not get any clear reply. I was told to submit a set of documents once again to TATA DOCOMO franchizee.
But I have not submitted because they have misplaced it once.
I want to know the facts why my no. was disconnected that also w/o any prior intimation ?
When I contacted the dealer, he said that company rep. had collected the documents & w/o recieving docs. it is not possible for the new service provider to activate any no. under MNP.
I have lodged complain ( Complain ref no. 290942) on 25th May in TATA DOCOMO ; I gor immediate responce (computer generated) that in 24 hrs my problem will be addressed but after 5 days also there is no action. Was this information helpful? |
