my mobile no [protected] horoscope activated, i had given complaint that i do not want this service few days back, i was said that it will be deactivated, but still i am getting these horoscopes. your helpline service is not working properly. please deactivate it immediately.

Tata Docomo — subscription of daily horoscope without my permission
i have a tata docomo prepaid number [protected]. about 3 weeks ago daily hororscope pack has been activated on my number automatically even when i have never subscribed for any such pack. untill now rs 40 has been deducted from my account. this has been quite aheadache for me. i also lodged a complaint with number 352536. but no action has been taken.i tried to unsubscribe without any success. please unsubscribe the pack and restopore 40 rs in my account as soon as possible. i have been using it its good..

On 08/12/2010, I received an SMS subscribing me to Call Me Tunes Service for 180 days deducting Rs 120 from my prepaid account without my permission. My prepaid number is +91-[protected].
