Tata Docomo — Deactivation Of TD Astro service | |||
Hi, My number is [protected]. I have been automatically subscibed to TD-Astro Service and every week i get a msg saying your Astro pack will be automatically renewed in 24 hours to unsubscribe call 155223 when i call this number they never respond.Since last 2 months docomo has being deducting 10 rs every week.I just want to know how a service can be activated and renewed automatically every week.Tata Docomo just Suckss.Is this what you people call "Keep it Simple".I am going to change the operator very soon.Why the hell should i pay rs 40 every month to them for no reason .Once again Tata Docomo Sucks.... try dialing *191# and deactivate whatever service they have forcefully charged you with.i[censored]r lucky and if docomo has any guilt or any will to retain costumers they will refund ur amount.M still waiting for my refund/apology/Satisfactory answer from tata docomo.@tata docomo Once again my no is [protected]
