Tata Docomo — Regarding Docomo Number [protected] | |||
Hi, I have taken Docomo# [protected] connection for 3G purpose. I already had the 3G tongle of Docomo so I was told to take new card and do the recharge of INR 299 after the card is activated. I will then be able to use the net for my laptop. I did the required recharge on the same day. When the executive at their F C Road, Pune gallery tried using the inetrnet on my number, it was working there. But when I came home and tried using internet, it was not working. I called customer care and got surpising answer. They told me that no internet is activated on my number. Then how come it was working in their gallery??? Later on I was told that I have not done the recharge of INR 299 (which I did immediately after the card is activated). I again did a recharge of INR 299. When that recharge was reflected in their system, I was told that the recharge was done wrongly. So they will not be able to activate your internet facility. When I raised the complain for this inetrnally within Docomo, I got a call from another team who told me that I can't use internet for this even though I made a recharge of INR 299. This is not acceptable to me at all. I am tired of calling the customer care of Docomo. Appreciate if you could help me on this. My issue is resolved now and my internet connection is working fine.

I am facing the same issue in different manner. Till 7th Oct'11, I was getting good speed. But from 8th Oct'11, the speed I am getting is 1 kbps which later on decreases to 0 kbps. Please look into this.
