[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unnecessary Blocking of SIM CARD

I HAVE PURCHASED A PREPAID DOCOMO SIM CARD BEFOR 2 OR 3 MONTH BECAUSE OF HANDSET PROB. I STOP USE OF MY THAT SIM AFTER 10 TO 20 DAY OF PURCHASE DATE
BUT BEFORE FEW DAYS I AGAIN USED MY THAT CARD I ALSO ACTIVE MY GPRS SERVICE OF 48 PACKAGE AND VERY NEXT DAY I ALSO RECHARGE RS 50 FOR BALANCE

AFTER 1 WEEK MY CARD WAS DISCONNECTED I ALSO VISIT DOCOMO OFFICE BUT THEY DON'T REPLAY ME WHAT I SHULD DO I ASO CALL CUSTOMER CAR BY MY COUSIN CARD BUT THEY SAY ME YOUR CARD IS NEVER USED BY ME THERE IS NO RECORD BUT I HAVE THAT RECHARGE MASSAGES ALSO AND I'M A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER SO THAT MUCH KNOWLEDGE I HAVE THAT YOUR SYSTEM SHOUD HAVE EACH AND EVERY RECORDS OF THAT NUMBER MY DOCOMO NO IS ([protected])

I LOST MY NO MY BALANCE AND ALSO CAN'T USE THAT GPRS SERVICE

I ALSO SAY THEM THAT "I'M READY TO SUBMIT MY DOCUMENT AGAIN" BUT THEN ALSO THAY DON'T REPLAY ME

AND IF IT IS DOCUMENT PROBLEM THEN WHY AFTER THAT MUCH TIME THEY DISCONNECT MY CARD WHEN I RECHARGE.

NOW WHAT I SHOULD DO?
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OF THAT BOTH RECHARGE OR REASIN MY BALANCE AND GPRS SERVICE TO MY SIM CARD........

Tata Docomo — unnecessary Blocking of mobile phone

About a couple of months back, i changed my Docomo Number [protected] from post paid to prepaid.

At that time I handed over all my documents to Jyotsna at your Shivpuri Tata Docomo office (Chembur, Mumbai).

Subsequently there was a call from Docomo for verification.

One week later my phone was disconnected - the reason given was non submission of documents.

So I resent all my documents to the same docomo outlet and took it in writing stating that they had received my documents twice.

My phone was reactivated - but in a week's time it was blcoked again - reason given was non submission of documents.

I have been going to Docomo Chembur outlet and interacting with Jyotsna, Priya and Nisha - every time they reactivate the line, it gets blocked within a week.

The line was blocked again on 18th Dec. After interacting with Docomo it was activated. (everytime the reason given is non submission of documents)

Now again it has been blocked.

What does one do???

I am sending a copy to consumer forum - to complain against this mental torture.

And what about may balance and i active GPRS plan
