today is 25/04/2012 and it is still no resolved yet, even they haven't look for that or try to contact me a single time..finally i have decided if i could not resolve this issue i will close my connection and switched to some other operator.

as per your process its more than 7 working days already. and nothing is still happen from your side. it is just not acceptable.
Today is 15/05/2012 you already have mentioned that it will take 5 to 7 working days... nothing has been credited to my account...
