Dear sir,
I tried to recharge my mobile phone online by using www.tatadocomo.com
The mobile number is : [protected]
Recharge amount : 25
Time of recharge: 01:45AM (approx)
Date of recharge: 26-June-2012
I did not receive the recharge. However, my SBI bank account was charged by Rs 25. And I got an error message from the tata docomo website that the transaction has failed. (screenshot attached).

Reference number given by SBI: MSBI[protected]IGB3279286 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILLDESK TRANSACTION A
Please look into the matter soon.
