[Resolved] Tata Docomo — RECHARGE PLAN AUTO DEACTIVATE AND FREE PLAN AUTO ACTIVATE. | |||
Dear Sir, I am Hiren Kapadia from surat..I have tata docomo mobile number - [protected]. On Sunday, dated 13th oct. 2013 - i recharged of 499 and get 2 GB 3G Data Plan for 2 months. On Monday, dated 14th oct. 2013 - I get message from tata docomo that i get free data plan offer by tata docomo that 1.5 GB 3G Data for 90 days. When, I checked that my recharged plan of 2GB 3G data is automatic deactivated by company and only get 1.5 GB plan autoactivate by company. which is loss for me. When, I contact to online customer care and on call on number 121/9 that told me that its as per process.. Is This a right process that autodeactive recharged plan and autoactivate free plan (which loss for me or customer). No one answer from customer care... Tata docomo forcefully activate free plan which is useless as i have better plan which is recharged and paid by me. Kindly help me out this matter. Thanks & Regards, Hiren K.
