Tata Docomo — Recharge successful but have not got the proper benefit | |||
Hi, I am Saifur Rahaman. I have recharged my tata docomo number [protected] (which is in Kolkata circle) with special recharge of Rs151 to get the benefit of 2000min local onnet and 700min local offnet. I have come to know from tata docomo portal http://www.tatadocomo.com/prepay-packs.aspx#disTextdump that with Recharge of Rc197 I can get the same benefit but for existing customer this benefit will be available with one time recharge of Rc151. So after recharging I have got the confirmation message on[protected]:08AM from tata docomo which is "Hi! STV Recharge successful. MRP Rs.151, Validity:1 days, One time recharge for profile migration Tranc ID: [protected]". Then I have contacted with customer care but they have told that the recharge denomination is wrong and they told me to recharge with Rc197. Then kindly tell me what should I do?
