[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Recurrent deduction of Balance | |||
I am a prepaid customer of TATA DOCOMO and my mobile number is [protected]. My balance has got deducted unknowingly once 200 rs and once 10 rs and once 49rs and when i asked customer care about this they said some service (Specifying some service name) has been activated which i haven't done. Then i went to customer care centre they had a seperate landline for such complaints and said the same thing. They just activate some service by their own n keep deducting money from my balance and that is why i am afraid to even recharge my phone. This causes problem when we are out and have got some emergency. So that is why i have finally decided to opt for some other service provider which will not waste my hard earned money.
