i am anwith my number is [protected] ..i had recharged my account with special recharge of rs.85, it had one month validity till[protected] but it has been deducted on[protected] .your customer is people are always irresonsible and always are busy once they here there is some mistake they have done by your side ;so i am even playing to change my docomo network

Tata Docomo — refund amount
I have recharged mobile no.[protected] at Rs30 on date19/01/11 for a one time, .But I did not recive recharge value (i.e.Rs 30).Transaction is -3822284 .plz answer me on my e- mail deepak.[protected]@gmail.com & solve my problem.
I have do such e mail for 2-3 times but not get any reply. so plz
