[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Refund of money paid as advance rental | |||
I had purchased a TATA DOCOMO gsm sim card with no. [protected] in march 2013 as a 3g data card with plan of Rs 3000 per 6 month. I was asked to pay Rs 3000 as advanced rental for this connection and that i will be provided uninterrupted 3G service for 6 months. But TATA DOCOMO shut down their 3G network in Rajasthan in 2 months. Following which no refund of my advanced rental was paid to me. I had tried contacting customer care but they wont register my complain and say that it is non refundable.People at their customer center say that i will receive a check at my address but its been months now and no check has been received .
