Tata Docomo — Regarding deduction of amount without getting any recharge

Hi, I had recharged my tata docomo GSM number online from tata docomo website on 10/7/13 for 50RS. I got a message that my amount got deducted from bank but recharge wasnot succcessfull. It happened twice once on my [protected] number and today on [protected] I want my money back on both the numbers.This is really bad service from docomo.They cut the money and dont even give us the money back. Its better to stop this service(online recharge) than give us such bad service

As per our discussion over the call on [protected], we would like to inform you that as your recharges were unsuccessful, you would receive your recharge amount (Rs. 50/- and Rs. 50/-) back to your bank account in 5 to 7 working days.

Kindly write to us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com with recharge transaction details if the recharge amount is not received in 7 working days to proceed further.

I havent received my money yet
I had recharged through tata docomo online site on 24 sep and 7 oct
My payment ref numb is MSPD[protected]
I just get auto generated mail from docomo thats it
