[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — regarding wrong deduction of balance

30 rupees are deducted from my balance of tata docomo no [protected]. I have discussed my problem with customer care two times. Each time they provided me different information. First time they tell me that the balance is deducted due to data usage. I am not satisfied with this because 98 rupees data plan is activated on my number. Second time they tell me that the balance is deducted due to USSD code. Telling different information by customer care shows that the balance deduction is totally wrong.
