I have been charged unnecessarily for services 10-12 times which were never activated by me by any means..! I have lost around 500 rs. in all such nuisance which actually is a big amount to lose at the cost of getting nothing but frustration..! Every time I recharge my account, my balance is smartly deducted depending on how much balance is present on my account! I'm charged 99 rs when balance is just above 100, 49 when balance just above 50 and literally 5 rs and then a daily subscription packs worth rs. 2 when my balance is around 10-15 rs. All these deductions are done keeping in mind that I have minimum 1 rupee balance so that I should keep using the Internet services!
When contacted to customer care, they first ask me to call on some other number and then on the other number I'm never connected because may be my number is now locked from their side to avoid their own inconvenience in answering falsely and being caught. The call is disconnected without any permission shamelessly and again never connected for next 24 hours or so.
It is extremely shameful that the revenue is being collected at the cost of complete cheating and robbing of the customers who are ready to pay you for the good and honest service.
Please don't spoil and take the brand TATA name down by doing these shameful practices and adhere to honest business.
Get back to me with a will to resolve my problems honestly and not with a preparation to defend yourself and your open black strategies as soon as possible.
