Tata Docomo — Rs 250 3G smartlife plan not activated

This is with regard to a Rs 250 3G smartlife plan under which i was supposed to get unlimited 3G data, but i have not got any 3G data till now, the recharge was done on 3rd october. I have called up customer care 4 times but no solution from their side.
Kindly get my services restored asap.
