I recharged Rs 250 plan which contain Rs250 TT and Unlimited Net for 30 days on 11th October,2012. Its first 1GB Data was 3G but worked as 2G speed. Then on 30th October, Rs 165 cut from my balance for using the Net. I am calling to the costumer-care center of Docomo from that day, but they are ignoring me. Rs 10 extra had been cut in calling costumer care. They denied to return my balance.
Please solve my problem as soon possible.
