[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Security Deposit | |||
I was holding Tata Docomo's Number - [protected] and the plan was Rs 899 unlimited in which i have paid Rs 800 as a security deposit. While taking the connection i have asked them about my security deposit and they told me that i will get my money within 180 days after disconnection. Now it has been more than 8 months and i have yet not received my security deposit. I have even visited Tata Docomo's gallery , but they told me that it is in process and i will get it within 15 working days but this has also not worked. i request you to see into this matter and solve my query as soon as possible.
