[Resolved] Tata Docomo — service disconnected without any intimation even if after submitting documents | |||
Myself Mahaveer cell no [protected] I was using indicom service for 6+ yrs and decided to go for GSM and raised request for port out. indicom gave offer for low call rate but i rejected so they told me i will get it in docomo GSM as well. so i raised port in request in docomo GSM on 19 oct 2012. my porting complered on 23 oct 2012 but unfortunately i didnt got any offer in docomo GSM :( so still my sim was active for 20 days after that they blocked my service ...after trying customer care i got to know that I havent submitted documents. thats why they blocked me below are my complaints 1. without submitting documents how you activated my service? why docomo completed porting without any documents. is it possible to take new connection and activate it without any documents? 2. why my service is been disconnected without any intimation on 08 nov 2012. no call ..no msg 3. its not clear where to submitt documents again second time. customer care told me to submit it nearest outlet. in outlet (FC road, pune )they are saying its not possible to submitt documents here. please go at retailer from where i have purchased sim card 4. so if I am out of this city is it not possible to submit requred documents. 5. customer care department we dont have information on when service is stopped or why msg is not send. they dont have any control on back office. 6. full service is stopped. no incoming no outgoing ..no message without single intimation 3. if I am out of city is no other docomo gallery will accept my documents. docomo outlet also dont accept documents again :(. today, i visited FC Read outlet pune, and found negative response from them 7. if distributor is not forwarding documents then why docomo is not requesting documents at retailer. as number is activated then customer has given documents for sure 8 who is responsible to take action against retailers if they are not handling my documents or what if you lost my docuements and irritating mee by blocking my service. I want to terminate my connection just allow mee to send one SMS for port out ...that will be gr8 help for me. --Mahaveer Was this information helpful? | |||

No resolution...you take 4..5 days to raise a complaint and to resolve it took around 10 days...
I got mail from docomo saying they will resolve it in 10 days :( its huge time just to find out where documents are. I submitted documents 3 times still they are not able to track documents.
2. customer care is saying we dont have onformation. contact dealer or nearest DOCOMO outlet and submitt documents again.
3. any outlet is not ready to accept documents they says submitt documents from where you biught this card.
4. I feel hopeless now that I selected DOCOMO- no 1 third class service provider in telecom industry
5. they dont have contact numbers of DOCOMO outlet in pune. :( ..they just know address and that is also old one ...not updated one.
6 they are able to stop service but not able to start service.
7. customer care cant able to escalate case for finding documents they are saying contact outlet...outlet has forwarded documents so they are not responsible now.
8. no control on back office...even if they throw documents in dust bean ... no process to track customers documents...
DOCOMO has NO value for customers time...I am just waiting to start it again and port out :(

they call new customers and activate card...after that you block service for 15 days...its rediculous.
if you want money I will give you...tell me how much you want to start this number...
but dont irritate me by blocking card just saying again and again submitt documents at nearest DOCOMO outlet
