[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — subscription without consent

ear Sir/Madam:

I use tata docomo mobile, number [protected]. I got a message on November 13 at 2235 hours, that I subscribed to monthly belief pack and they took 30 rupees from my account, which i had not subscribed. I replied to the message immediately and got reply the subscription has been cancelled, but they did not return the amount to my account.

I have tried several times to contact customer care, but there was no response, only got recorded voice instructions. Then, I made a complaint in their website, but there was no reply.

The same thing happened twice previously, but they have not returned the amount they took. They are taking away money from the account without our consent.

Please try and get me the amount back to my account.
