I lost 180 rs day before yesterday(on 6/9/11,my mobile no: [protected]) on using internet after expiration(i.e on the 7th day
evng) of 15 rs gprs pack validity..I didnt know about the expiration and i didnt even receive a DEACTIVATION MESSAGE or
intimation message dat my validy is going to expire...The stupid customer
care(supervisor) told "We r not sure about the deactivation msg,we only send activation
msg"(what a irresponsible answer is this).The tata docomo people are sending messages for gprs pack activations,subscriptions
hello tunes,cricket packs and many more,CANT THEY SEND A DEACTIVATION MESSAGE for
the gprs pack which would have saved my 180rs..Is dis the way they respond to loyal customers and is it not a cheating?..And nowadays these cheaters are
sending subscription packs as FLASH MESSAGES..Accidental pressing (while in pockets) of the OK button will
activate unwanted packs and incur charges(I lost 30 rs coz of that)..These are simple tricks to fool customers..Before 1yr i lost 240 rs from d same tata docomo server,the idiotc
customer care ppl said i had made a call to a number in libya of durtn 4.5mts which cost
Rs240.I broke dat sim into two pieces and changed my server..Dis
time m porting to BSNL...N i think itz impossible to get my money back n they will say all the excuses in the world..N Beware friends abt dis frauds,cheaters,impostor,swindlers,deceivers,fakers etc..(i have no words to express) ..
