Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo Cheating Customer- | |||
I was using Tata Docomo Broadband since Feb with a/c no[protected]. Some day last month, one Tata Docomo guy came (The same guy who installed this connection) and told me that some better plans are available and most of the people in my apartment complex changed already. So he asked me to give id proof etc to change to new plan which i given to him and he changed it withing 2 days. Today i got surprised to see 2 bills in my email account. One for previous connection and one for new(A/c[protected]. First of all i don't know why i got new connection when i was having one already. I just wanted to change plan. Now both connections are active. Tata Docomo representatives making customer fool for get their reward on new connection. This is serious concern and should be taken by the company asap.
