Tata Docomo — Tata docomo still not refunding money deducted for unnecessary call me tunes activation

Address:Belgaum, Karnataka

On[protected] call me tunes service has been activated in my number [protected] without my consent and rs. 120/- Has been deducted.I've called customer care yesterday and they said money will be refunded in 4 hours. This is my complaint no: PSG[protected]. Still money has not been refunded.Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
