I purchased Tata Photon 3G because I was told by the agent that Tata Photon 3G works in my area of residence. But there is no connectivity since day one. Zero range. Connection is possible in areas outside Electronic City. I went with the device and my laptop to complain in your service centre opposite Forum Mall, Koramangala. Your technical team checked the device and my laptop. It was working fine. They told me it is due to network problem in my area, so I registered a service request. I was told that a technical person will visit my place and give an acknowledgement using which I will get a refund. The agent from whom I bought the device also told me the same. After registering a complaint, I waited for 2 days for your technical person to visit my place, because as per your policy you contact customers in 48 hours. But I did not receive any communication from your side. Hence on 3rd September I had to call the customer service centre again and I had to register a new complaint. Then after 2 days I get a call for this complaint saying that there is a network problem in Electronic City, and since I have registered a complaint within 7 days of activation, I will get a refund, for which I should submit the device to the agent from whom I purchased it. I asked them for a refund approval by email, but I was explicitly told that there is no need for it as there is a network issue in Electronic City. I was told to submit the device by stating the complaint number. And now the agent is not accepting the device and is asking proof for refund. Even after raising all kind of complaints, neither have I received any kind of communication from your side, nor has anyone visited my place.
