[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / Tata Photon — Cheating the Customer | |||
Dear Sir, I have made request to disconnect TATA Photon services on 21st March 2012 and paid the last bill by April 2012. But they have sent the bill again on May 2012 stating that my connection not disconnceted and in the process of disconnection!!. I have tried their customer care number mentioned in the bill for a week later i came to know that mentioned number is wrong!!. 01. Customer care number itself wrong means just imagine their customer care 02. Customer requested for disconnect the services, not disconnected till July 2012 03. Rude handling by customer care staff, talking singularly So kindly take this injustice to the customer and protect such attracities should not happend to any other indian citizens.
