As of now the prepaid account is not yet activated. These are definitely false promises. For the guys who are reading this, I am making calls to the customer service number and its like listening to prerecorded tape. They say the exact same sentence again and again. It seems, these guys had training to repeat certain words irrespective of the number of followups you do. When i wanted to escalate to a manager and talk to him to get this issue resolved, they said they will arrange call back. (this was yesterday). As expected, nobody calls back. Today also i spoke to them, they are saying same thing. The customer service guy put me on hold for few minutes and then told me that the managers are very busy. I don't know if he made any attempt to escalate to the manager.
Their site is also like them, whenever we need to log a complaint it takes us back to the log in page. This way they are ensuring that nobody can register a complaint. Beautiful strategy. we should appreciate the excellent process. The reply above is very satisfactory but the problem is that it ends there and no action is required. The other service provider should learn this too, just put/give some reply and don't take
any action about it. They will achieve the best customer satisfaction level.
The dealer is saying its not with them, they have sent the documents long back. The customer service guy is saying, the entry is not made
and they can't do anything about it. If you want to talk to some manager they will say they will arrange for callback but nobody will call back. If you put the issue in some forum they will say that they will address this but no action will be taken to resolve this. This is the path to the achieving differentiation in customer orientation. The money i put for this total waste.
