On 24th august I had raised the complaint for the speed problem and frequent disconnection. Engineer visited my place and routed the request to Network department.
Its almost 10 days but there is no response from the network team. Daily twice or thrice I am calling customer care. Every time they are saying that we have escalated the complaint and today for sure someone will rectify the problem.
But nothing is happening. It’s very disappointing. No proper response from the team.
Also when I asked them details before taking the connection , customer care team didn’t told me the full details. They are hiding some terms and condition .It’s not fair to not to give full information to the customers.
