Tata Docomo — Termination of SMS promo offer without intimation.

I recharged my Tata Docomo prepay number [protected] on 24/05/13 with a Rs. 25 voucher. I got informed about the offer by an SMS sent from Tata Docomo. I checked the website too and verified the offer. The voucher enabled 110% talktime benefits on recharge of Rs. 100 and above for 90 days. There was no conditions mentioned in the SMS nor on the website. My number came with a pre-activated SMS offer. The first two SMSes for the day was charged and then the next 98 SMSes would be free of cost. In a way, in a month if I activated the offer everyday it would give me 3000 SMSes for Rs. 36(Rs. 0.60 X 2 X 30= 36). On recharging with Rs. 25, my first two SMS chargeable-next 98 free for the day offer was withdrawn without any notice..not intimated before and not even after I recharged. What is this?? Is this transparency when an offer is being communicated to a customer??? What has a top-up voucher recharge got to do with an SMS offer?? The complaint registration page on the company website does not work. I don't understand why TRAI does not slap charges and bring the company to book. Nowhere was it mentioned that recharging with the Rs. 25 voucher would terminate my pre-activated SMS promo offer. This company is just useless. Half of the recharge vouchers has a tail of conditions attached to it but nowhere is it mentioned. Only when one recharges does one get to know about the tricks of the company. Cheating people is the only aim of the company. I immediately want my SMS promo offer back. I don't want to hear stupid excuses. Terminate my Rs. 25 voucher but I want my SMS promo back on my number.
I have already emailed the same complaint to the customer care email id only to not receive any sort of reply in both cases. I immediately want the concerned telecom provider to take this complaint seriously and provide me a proper resolution without making stupid excuses.

prepaid offer message — tata recharge offer Rs.25/-

Respected sir,
My name is S.Narayanan. My mobile no:[protected]. sir with reference your tata offer message dated[protected], i was recharged my cell recharged Rs.25/-(Rupees Twenty Five only)on[protected] Monday 19.44 p.m. As per your tata message offer Rs.25/-with in next 5 days you will get Rs.25/-Extra talktime local Tata to Tata with in next 5 days. But you are not credited the free calls upto[protected]. Then I complianced in your tata customer care through my cell. They are registered my compliant and given compliant no:TRR[protected]. They are informed me you will get offer with in 5 days
(i.e.[protected] Wedenesday). But till date i am not received any free calls amount from your tata indicom or any message from your end. So look into the matter. Waiting your reply.

Tata Docomo — Reg. cancellation

Dear Sir,
Since last 3 months from my mobile i.e Tata docomo it is being deducted Rs 10.00 per week for Big radio mobile service. My No. is [protected]. Last time I have given the complaint regarding this issue, they had said that it will be deactivated from my mobile service.But, up till now it was not done, no message has come in my mobile till now.Sir, Pl. see that this is done from yr end. Then, it will be better, if it is done.

Tatadocomo — touched by USELESS SMS

I had prepaid sim of tata docomo no [protected] on name Rashiahmed yusuf belim since 12 months. About one month ago I change service provider by Mobile Portability and I went into IDEA mobile service. When i was in docomo i subscribe DND facility.and also in current
IDEA service. Now the Problem is Every Day i got lots of SMS for Schemes From DOCOMO . I mentally Depressed by Docomo,
PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL. AS EARLIER AS POSSIBLE. otherwise I will go for Legal Procedure.
