[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unable to deactivate a VAS

Dear sir,

This is Prasant from chennai.Daily 2/- is deducting from my account on behave of "DOCOMO Babes Sub" has been activated .when i tried to deactivate via *191# service. I am getting a confirmation message that service has been deactivated but still after that its deducting money from my account. Then tied to call customer care after a lot difficulties I am able to connect customer care representative. and they told me that server is down, So not able to activated. since last two weeks i am calling to customer care daily, but nobody is responding correctly to deactivate.

So I want to deactivate my service? This is really a horrible service provided by docomo. I want to deactivate the service ASAP and wants to refund the money to my account ASAP.
