UNFAIR BALANCE DEDUCTION BY NETWAP AND EVERY DAY SMS FROM NETWAP TO DEDUCT BALANCE


Hi, My mobile no is [protected]. My name is Suraj Kumar. Daily I get a message from NETWAP stating the alert of the day with some hyperlink. I have not subscribed for the service. my balance is being deducted for it.
I called customer care many times but still my balance getting deducted and i am daily getting sms of netwap. I even called 155223 but it is saying that no service is currently activated on my number.
Unsubscribe the services and refund me the balance.

This problem is still not resolved. Balance is still getting deducted and getting some sms daily with some links. Resolve this ASAP and refund my balance.

I got 20 rs back. But when I am dialing 155223 to deactivate this service, it is saying that currently I do not have any activated services. But my balance is still getting deducted daily, that mean that service is still active and is deducting my balance. Kindly stop this Netwap service ASAP. Dialing 155223 is not working for me.
Still not resolved.
Now I am beginning to realize what a pathethic and useless tata docomo customer care is...
foolish Tata Docomo customercare executive told me deactivate service on my number [protected] but still not deactivated and amount deducted daily.
even I have DND activated.
I think Docomo don't know they have to pay rs 200 for first service related call in DND and doubled amount for every second call.

You can call *191# and follow 6th option in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.
