Tata Docomo — UNJUST DEDUCTION | |||
My TATA DOCOMO Mobile No. is [protected] On[protected], at 11.54 A.M, I got the following message " Hi You have successfully subscribed to MusstBuy on TATA at Rs30/30days till 11-Nov.To Stop, Dial 155223(tollfree) or dial *660# and select unsubscribe" --- and Rs.30 was deducted from my balance.My Grievance is why and how can they deduct the sum when i had not even requested for any Activation of any kind.And i dialled 155223 but there was no mention of MusstBuy service in the automated response.I Dialled *660# and got the service de-activated but my balance was not credited with Rs.30.When I called "customer care", they told that i have pressed the activation button and so the service has been activated (some USD base data)and the amount will not be credited back.The customer care executive who spoke to me (female) was very rude to me.I have not pressed any button and the service has been activated. I want my balance to be credited back (Rs.30) Was this information helpful? | |||
