Tata Docomo — unjustified subscription

Hi,

My TATA DOCOMO number is [protected],i got a message that i have been subscribed to Musstbuy on tata at Rs 30/30 days till some date,i have not subscribed to any such kind of plan,also complained to the customer care he told he will deactivate it and credit the Rs 30 back its been long time they have not credited back my money.why does tata docomo do this without our permission and then when we call them they charge 50 paise per call every time ,why should i pay for their mistakes ,this is a very cheap kind of money making trick,am a tata docomo customer though have had lot of network issues which have not been still solved am fed up with their call center people,if this is the case this will be my last tata docomo number and am not at all going recommend anybody.Please do as needful .

The amount of Rs.30 has been already credited to the customer number and VAS pack has been deactivated no issue now
