Tata Docomo — UNUSUAL BALANCE REDUCTION

Respected sir,
my name is KIRAN GANPAT HARAD having [protected] tata docomo Mumbai circle number. My complain about that, i have recharged with 39 rs of special internet pak. 2GB internet browsing and 1 month validity is mentions in that recharge .. validity is remain of 31/3/2012 still they has reduce my main account balance. the service provider has reduced my 27.00 rupees for internet browsing ........, i got insufficient answer when i had called in costumer care ...,, so i requesting u that, please refund my money as Arly as possible which has been reduced from tata docomo..., and give them hard punishment .......
