Receiving message for activation of evergreen service( DND activated). Unwanted activation of evergreen songs service and deduction of INR 30 balance.

These kind of request have been faced frequently for past 4 months.

when called customer care executive, they say i have unknowingly pressed buttons and service got activated (phone was lying untouched').
