[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unwanted Deductions | |||
Hello, Today morning I have received this message from Tata Docomo Hi! The validity of your 2G Data pack will end in 3 days. If you wish to reactivate any data packs, dial *141 So i started using the internet to download angry birds and right in the middle to my astonishment my balance finished Rs.130/- So i did the thing which i always want to avoid "calling customer care service" and guess what a drunk guy answered my call and he straight away said you dont have any internet data pack, you never received any message etc and said OK Naaaa.... and disconnected. Tata Docomo are you going to refund my money or my words will fall on deaf ears. I have received the same message today as well hi! the validity of your 2g data pack will end in 2 days. If you wish to reactivate any data packs, dial *141 but today it was stating that I have 2 days left. What kind of a monarchy is this, that these big corporates can take our money according to there whims and fancy and don't have to bother about any consequences. This whole thing disgusts me I have seen tons on complaints in this web site and others about cellular companies deducting money accordind to there likings but never saw any change. Recently I got message saying "You have been subsrcibed to some XXX alerts" and dedcuted Rs.30. Was tried to unsubscribe through toll free number. But you computer system didn't detected something is subscribed to my mobile. Somehow I managed to reverse the amount after calling to helpdesk assuring next time it wont happen, after next two days again I got same sms "u hv been subscribed.." and deducted Rs20. When checked and tried to cancell the subscription TATA DOCOMO system fail to detect subscriptions made on my cell number. I am not lucky this time bcoz no amount is reversed but got assurence that it wont happen again :). Whose fault it is and who is paying for that?.
