Tata Docomo — the wrong recharge and not proper customer care services | |||
dear sir, hi this is ravi solanki a pre-paid tata docomo user. i have a complaint about wrong recharg by retailer and while i make a my complaint in tata docomo customer care services i count get a proper solution by your company exucutive and more over they put my number in a block list or may be black list and now i cant connect with the tata docomo customer services . i m hardly unsetisfied from you r serviscs . so i m trying to make my complaint bye a mail and with a hope of a better solution of my problems . this is my last try to complaint after that i have to take legal support of a goverment of india for my problem solution. so kindly i m requesting to your company to make a valuable solution of my complaint for my no [protected] as soon as u possiable Ravi solanki.
