I have been facing the same problem.
They have activated Cricket Alert automatically and then we call the customer care people they bluntly say that we must have put in the request, that's so annoying. And we asked them to deactivate it, they gave us 10's of number and asked to send some sms and still the service never stops. The worst part of it is they also renew it automatically and start charging for that. I have been struggling to get this service deactivated for the last three days, but no use. This is really frustating, i have lost already a lot of talktime because of this. Even then i asked them if they can just stop the service even if they can't return the money.

I am najar khanushiya customer of tata docomo.They start value added service without any request from me and they start them self and when i complaint to stop this service the customer care representative Raghu Senva is not taking my complaint and can`t answer properly and and i say to transfer call to his Manager but he didnot transfer and says not to transfer the call and cut the call without any solution.
