Yes even i had faced the same problem with docomo. This is really ridiculous of them to charge unnecessarily and even after complaining several times they do not stop those services and just credit the money temporarily.This is a kind of fraud. I am planning to change docomo .Its network is also very bad;

You can call customer care and give them the number from which you receiving messages for unnecessary services then they can unsubscribe you from that. Do not go for that chat support those customer executives are hopeless and do nothing.

yes really very very bad network.. even me also faceing same problem every time deducting balance from my account with out using any services...
