Dear Sir,
I feel disgusted to bring this matter to your attention regardng the services of TATA docomo especailly when already had raised a complaint around 3 weeks back which was sorted out with a lot of hassles. This time its the Bill. My outgoing services have been deactivated and i have been told that my credit limit of 1500 has been exceeded. when i checked on the website, I was shocked to know that the generated bill amount(yet to be billed) was 7332 INR. Thats correct 7332 INR. Let me give a brief about the plan I have taken
Its a corporate cug plan in which i have to pay 232 INR monthly and will get 13 hours local + STD free.
I have also got a 512 mb data pack for INR 149
Now about my usage. My daily usage of telephone will peak to a maximum ( in rare cases) of 1-2 hours.
My Phone was activated on 20th march 2013 so that means its only been around 24 days.
There's no way you can generated a bill of 7332 on that. Its ridiculous !!!!!!
My outgoing has been disabled and when i asked for bill details, the customer care guys said the amount is still unbilled and you have to wait till 21st to get the bill generated.
Sir, if a customer doest pay bill, these companies have so many excuses and ways to bring the customer to court. they even send them noticed. But what about the inconveniences caused to the customer due to these stupid companies. I demand a notice to be sent to the company as it has caused a great deal of inconvinience to me and to my business.
