my mobile number is [protected] and 33rs is deducted from my account.actually i dial *191# from my account to know the best offer from me and when i press 8 for special offer three option was shown to me,when i press 1 option to know what docomo offering to me,balance is directly deducted from my account instead of showing what you are offering for 33rs. and i was informed later that i was provided with 1 gb data. this is purely against law,you have to provide proper information about package before deducting amount from customer. This is strongly the violation of TRAI guidelince. As per TRAI company is supposed to provide detail information about package and here i was charged 33rs and later i wads informed about scheme. I talked to your customer care representative also,she also agree with me that it is docomo mistake but at the same time she told me that she cant credit 33rs because they have reached certain limit beyond which they cant transfer money in my account. so she told me to contact appellate officer. you can cross check this also by dialling *191# and you will also find that 33rs is deducted without prior notice.you can make fool to rural people of india but not urban people. i am law student and i know very well how to handle such problem. kindly refund me 33rs in my account otherwise i will go to consumer forum surely this time. and file complain against you in TRAI also. please refund me my money. Otherwise i will file case in consumer forum and also go for portability.
