Tata Docomo — Wrong deduction/not refunding | |||
dear Sir/Madam, Myself Parth gaur Mobile no. [protected]. i Recharged my phone no, [protected] on 23rd march 2012 evening i.e. yesterday and i was having a gprs net pack even in ma account, but today in the morning , i checked y balance and it was zero(0), i called customer care and they said u used internet and we have deducted ur balance in respect of it, but still my account is having some data which is going to expire on 24th midnight, and again i talked to c.c.e of tatadocomo, they again said that we have charged against ur data usages but still i am having data in my no., its a technical problem with the docomo or something else, i don't know and they even dnt know and they r not telling me right.. i just request u and tata docomo , will they please return my balance as its not my fault and i have not used any of there data knowingly.. as it may be by mistake or it may be some technical problem which i am also facing from few days also..... so , please return my balance. i would really be thankful to you.
