Tata Docomo — Wrong description of Benefits in Plan Voucher

I have recently done online recharge of my docomo sim with Plan Voucher of 152. The online recharge page of tata docomo website says you will get following benefits on plan voucher of 152:

All Local calls @ 0.78p/ min. on Home Network & Roaming. All STD calls @ 0.90p/ min. on Home & Roaming Network. All Incoming calls while Roaming @ 0.75p/ min. All Local SMS from Home Network & Roaming @ Re.1/ SMS. All National SMS from Home Network & Roaming @ Rs.1.5/SMS. Validity : 180 Days

Ofcourse it looks very very very chip - 0.78 Paisa Per Minute. But its not true. After rechage when i have made call to my friend then i have found that actually it costing 0.78Rs/min not paisa.
