Tata Docomo — Wrongly charged for call me tune | |||
I am using TATA Docomo GSM number from long time. My number is [protected]. The TATA was activated call me tune without our confirmation and deducted the amount from my prepaid a/c. TATA is not ready to refund even we have de-activated the service. “As per TATA, It is customer duty to lookout and de-activate the service if TATA activate any service without customers confirmation” That is what I come to know by talking with TATA customer care centre. TATA can activate any service to customer without any conformation and can deduct the amount which is really against the telecom policy. Was this information helpful? | |||

Tata Docomo — deduction of charge without activating call me tunes
siri have tata docomo number [protected].my complaint is due the no response from company for my complaints.My problem is that money has been deducted two(30 Rs in may and 50Rs in june) times, from my account on the basis of caller tunes ,but there is no song played when my no., is called.i have called customer care numbers of times but no resolution has been found.please help me.
