[Resolved] Tata Indica Vista — Assured gift not received | |
Hi, I have purchased a TATA INDICA VISTA (aura) from Lexus Motors ltd, Kolkata, in december '08. I was assured a gift( a tata indicom walky) from TATA Motors before I purchased that. Now it is October '09, one more December to come, till now I have not recieved the gift. I have sent repetitive mails to '[protected]@tatamotors.com' , with a settings of getting a feedback mail once the receiving side opens and reads the mail. I have got the feedback. hence it implies that they have read the mail. After that I have again sent a mail to know the status the same, but still found no luck. Since the gift was promised before the purchase of the car, it was devised for the sale of the car. Once the car got sold away, not keeping the promise in this manner really poses a question to the trust and customer orientation of TATA motors. If the gift was mal handled in the process of shipping, then also the company holds the responsibility to take the necessary steps. Inertness at the corporate sales end really looks nasty , and challenges the brand reputation of TATA. Was this information helpful? | |

i booked this vehicle on 22.9.2009 on seeing local news paper advertisement of kumaran automobiles, Nagercoil bearing that exchange offer, Govt.employee consession & a free insurance. I approaced the branch office of KUMARAN AUTOMOBILES, Tirunelveli to exchange my old INDICA DLS. But they where not ready to take the vehicle intead they asked to sell my vehicle my self and on producing sale deeds and RC book copy i can get exchange offer. Accordingly I sold my vehicle and produced all the documents they deemanded and also I am a BSNL employee i claimed that consession also while booking the vehicle festival offer was going on and i paid the balance amount on 26.9.2009 and got vehicle on 30.9.2009. after that they said the model of VISTA TDI AQUA model is not having exhange offer and govt./ public sector employ consession. finally i got only free insurance.
this kind of cheating made me much worried. kindly intimate under what circumstances the above advertised offers were denied to me.
