[Resolved]  Tata Indica Vista Tdi Aqua — in a new car regularly power steering pipe cuts

I Mr. Rahul Dinkar Jagtap as purchase a car from fortune moters ,model is indica vista auqa TDI Rg. No. MH-04-DY-3190
Dt.23 jun 2009 . form the day onwards i face the regular problems as given below

1) Power steering pipe cuts regularly and has been change seven times from date of purchased
2) A/C has been repaired thrice from date of purchased.
3) Regular problems of central locking
4) Minor problems has been regularly arises

within seven months i have suffered a lot in all those defects, the service station do not have any answer why the problem occurs regularly . always we have to keep the car service station due to technical problems and they keep the car for one week to solve the problem and i have to hire the car and pay them Rs.1200/- a day last time I intimated your customer care representative Mr. Ishant Bhaat that if the problems occurs i will surrender a car, and I have surrender it .the loan amount of car is tata finance and here after i will not pay the installment due to all such problems you have to compensate me or else I have to file suet against in the consumer court

Hope so you will take me under prior consideration .

But they treated me very badly.



Because I booked indica vista in dec14 -2009, and I told them I will delivery in after 26th dec only. But after two days kulathinkal executives telephoning every day to pay the balance cash. Per day 6 to 7 calls. Lot of time I told them am not ready to pay now. But they want TO GET at least 10000inr. After the high pressure I paid that amount to them.

Between 14th to 26th am try to fix the finance with tata .they are very nice people. They told me if am taking car after 26th, then I can get one month free time to start instalment.only from February



14 dec I got sms&call from tata (about now and never offer).16th again same sms and call from tata.that I informed to kulathinkal people.28th dec evening I paid balance cash I delivered my car from show room. I checked all the documents, but

Temporary registration is expired. Because they took temporary registration 18th dec, without asking to us .delivery in 28th but registration expired in 24th.I shown to executive about this mistake but he told me, it’s no problem they will handle this. I have to send car to 29th dec.but 29th morning he call and told me 29th is not possible to register. But same day I got warning from kerala police for driving car with expired certificate.30th 12pm I send car to registration, registration agent asked me to pay the expired penality.please tell me why should I? I said to him no and never. Any way he phoned to kulathinkal, and they made something IN MIDDLE.

But they offered me free seate cover(STILL IN PENDING), and now and never offer from tata.30th DEC 1pm kulathinkal phone and asked me to come to show room for the now and never offer .they told me 30thDEC 4pm was end time. I send my brother to there.

But they told nothing in this offer. I asked to them what happened. They told 22 is the last date and extend to 24th but car delivery in 28th.but they invoiced my car in24dec.

SO NOW I HAVE TO START TO LOAN INSTALMENT IN JANUARY, AND LOT OF HEAD ACKE IS BALANCE

SO PLEASE TRAINE TO THEM, HOW TO MAKE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

AND DON’T DO ANY THING WITH OUT ASKING TO CUSTOMER ABOUT HIS CAR
