Hi ! Dear tataindicom, Hello sir,i need your help because recently some body stolen i had sim purchesd 3 year old but tata indicom call center said your document not redy or wourng . i am verry sorrow . It has 67 rupees balance so i request you sir could you please block my mobile outgoing call. TATA Indicom — BLOCKING OUTGOING CALL
I AM A CDMA USER OF TATA INDICOM SINCE 2005. LAST YEAR MY HANDSET WAS LOST AND I GOT A NEW SIM FROM TRUE VALUE SHOP SITUATED AT HINOO, RANCHI IN OCTOBER / NOVEMBER 2011. TODAY, I AM IN NAWINAGAR WHEN SUDDENLY WITHOUT INFORMATION, MY OUTGOING FACILITY HAS BEEN BLOCKED. ON CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE, I WAS INFORMED THAT MY DOCUMENTS ARE NOT SUBMITTED.I AM USING THE SIM SINCE LAST 6 YEARS AND HAD SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS TWICE. IT IS REALLY CAUSING INCONVENIENCE TO ME AS I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER MODES OF COMMUNICATING EXCEPT THE PHONE.
DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT IMMEDIATELY.
